There is a fair bit of weight to our trampolines, with our largest size having an assembled weight of over 150kg. This design protects structural integrity for decades, but it cannot be packed into small cartons. The frame travels from Brisbane on large freight trucks designed to carry long, heavy items safely. 

Springs, mats and safety pads are packaged separately, but when purchasing along with a frame, it is the frame dimensions and weight that determines freight logistics.

Why residential delivery costs more

When your trampoline reaches your local depot, it is still on a large vehicle. Delivering to residential streets requires transferring the frame to a smaller truck that can navigate suburban roads. This extra handling, equipment and labour increases freight costs.

Depot collection: a practical way to save

Depots are equipped with forklifts, loading docks and trained staff. If you choose depot pickup:

• Bring a ute, trailer or van with enough length for the frame. Check the length of your trampoline here.
• Use ratchet straps and protective padding.
• Follow depot staff instructions.
• Drive with extra care.
