We had a need to replace a broken toilet roll holder at our factory and on looking through hardware stores for a replacement, found nothing much more than flimsy products that would be lucky to make it to 5 years. Our vision at Durable Products is to make steel products that can last at least one generation (25 years).
At this time of a world pandemic of COVID19 and the consequent closing of borders and slowdown of trade between countries, consumers are turning to home-grown products to satisfy demand.
Well, the project is progressing steadily and the designs for the new Kindy Play equipment have been completed and accepted, after undertaking rigorous internal compliance reviews. We have hit the ground running with new product initiatives in the Kindy Play area and projects for gym clubs and trampoline recreation centres – watch this space as we unfold our developments as the projects progress.
Well, the team is back with all engines firing for another year of creative fabrication, product improvement and new product development ! A big HI ! from all of us.
Build project of a 9 metre trampoline-style tumble track for a local gym came to finalisation with installation of the final product on Friday 14 June. A job well done by our production team !

Trampoline Fun Checklist: Mat – loose or broken thread ? – repair or replace : Springs – broken or stretched ? – replace : Trampoline and spring pads a bit grubby ? – wash down on top and underneath with diluted dishwashing liquid and soft bristle brush or sponge, rinse & wipe over.
